Presenting the 2024-25 Women of Excellence Scholarship Program

Students and faculty, we are starting a new year of recruiting for the Women of Excellence Scholarship Program.  This is the 3rd year of presenting this successful program for women at MCC.  We believe students have benefited both educationally, and personally by being a part of this program.

The Women of Excellence Initiative will provide participating students with the opportunity to understand and expand upon personal and cultural competencies such as emotional and cultural intelligence, self-confidence, effective communication, empowerment and intersectionality just to name a few. Students will have access to cultivated leadership and career development workshops, master class presentations, mentorship opportunities, community service projects, and be part of an emotional support group. Our ultimate goal is for students to expand their competencies and apply them to all areas of their life – personal, academic and professional.

Faculty, please encourage your students to attend our first of the season informational sessions listed below.  Students this is a great opportunity for you to:
